After detecting a musty smell, we opted for air duct cleaning. The technicians excelled at deep cleaning and coil cleaning, removing years of accumulated dust. They found a forgotten sock stuck in a return vent, which was disrupting airflow. The air quality has improved dramatically, and our HVAC runs more smoothly. Fantastic job.
On an extremely hot day, technician Samuel came out to fix the air conditioner. He quickly identified the issue and effectively rectified it. Air flow is perfect now which is quite amazing! He also tested the ac capacitor and confirmed that it was working properly. While he was there, he offered to clean my dryer vent for a fair charge, which I agreed. He also suggested blower cleaning as part of routine AC maintenance.
The cooling system's functionality was restored by the prompt identification and repair of the problem, which was done with professionalism and attention to detail, preventing further issues.
