Outstanding customer service. Employees are always courteous and respectful. Everyone at JJ’s always goes out of their way to help provide the best retail experience even in the middle of a pandemic. I’ve never had an issue before but I’m confident that if I did, the staff will do their best to resolve it. I’ve worked with them over a year and will continue to do so. Highly recommend this business to everyone. It’s reasonably priced, easy to find and there’s parking available.

Buying a golfcart here exceeded our expectations. Owner was super helpful, knowledgeable and professional. He added things to our used cart because it would look better! And delivered it to our house with a smile. We'll definitely be back and tell our friends.

After a dirty, dingy, sad looking golf cart was delivered for our wedding weekend, we called to let them know our concerns. They responded with rude, abrasive comments stating they had just cleaned that golf cart the night prior. (See photos in comments) Had it rained dirt the night before? I missed that weather report! After asking for a partial refund, we were told that "they were tired of playing games".
