I have been to this location multiple times for oil changes. Each time I go, the staff are very friendly and communicative. If there is a wait, they get you in as quick as they can. I never feel like they are trying to upsell me on any services or filters. I was pleasantly surprised when they d I replace my air filter next time I come in, it made me feel like they weren’t there to sell products, which is rare in my experience. Feels like changing oil here is on the pricier side -- but vehicle repairs and medical bills, if I were to try that myself, would cost more. Knowledgeable and friendly staff, I'll be saving up to visit again

3 stars because every other time has been awesome. Less than 5 stars because I got here at 5:53 and the attendant told me they close at 6 and wouldn't let me in. Nobody in line. Just me for an oil change. Could have been out of there by 6. If you close at 5:53, or sometime before 6, then say so.

I was recommended JJ’s oil change and I will be recommending them to everyone. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, having the camera under the vehicle provides me with extra peace of mind and the service was excellent, thorough and quick.

Terrible service! I tried calling them twice after getting through the confusing phone menu the phone would ring three times then hang up. So I drove over to get a price of a oil change for a older suv they wanted $160 dollars! Highly recommend going anywhere else in town I garentee they will be cheaper and actually pick up the phone
