Can I give negative stars? They didn’t attach my skid plate correctly and told us it would be fine to drive for a while - it came off on the highway almost costing us our lives PLUS $520 to repair, and these guys can’t even call me back!! MAYBE you shouldn’t service vehicles that you don’t have the proper screws/tools for. My calls weren’t returned for over a month, until I stopped by their office - and I’ll stop by again if I have to. Y’all could use some customer service training.
I have been to this location multiple times for oil changes. Each time I go, the staff are very friendly and communicative. If there is a wait, they get you in as quick as they can. I never feel like they are trying to upsell me on any services or filters. I was pleasantly surprised when they d I replace my air filter next time I come in, it made me feel like they weren’t there to sell products, which is rare in my experience. Feels like changing oil here is on the pricier side -- but vehicle repairs and medical bills, if I were to try that myself, would cost more. Knowledgeable and friendly staff, I'll be saving up to visit again
