Called and made an appt for him to come service our chimney. JJ Asked if I could send pictures of my chimney, and I did. Scheduled for the following day and he never showed up. Tried to reach out and got no response. We went with another company who was way more professional than this company. Would not recommend.
Jjs provided me an estimate which at the time of service was reasonable. He asked for a 5000 dollar deposit to get on the schedule. I provided him with 500 and I never heard from him again despite several attempts to reach him. He also missed our first 2 appointments and always seemed to have a excuse as to why he couldn't talk or show up, sent via text messages of course.
