I really liked this place but feel they are going downhill. Yesterday I got there and there was a woman on the phone smoking outside, saw me go in and didn't help me. Not a big deal. I figure someone will hear me coming inside and come help me. Nope. I was about to leave when that woman came inside and was like oh I can help you. I don’t usually leave reviews, but I was really disappointed with my experience. My acrylic nails only lasted 11 days, which has never happened to me before. On top of that, the skin around my cuticles started peeling, which I’ve also never experienced after getting my nails done. During the appointment, I even had to ask for additional layers because the polish was see-through. I feel like I shouldn’t have to ask for that they should automatically add additional layers.
