Our family had 2 major tasks that the JJI team helped us with. Our first major job was the removal of a huge Monterey pine tree (with approval from city to cut down a heritage tree). Joaquin, from the beginning of the quote process to the final removal of our dead tree and very thorough clean-up, was helpful, professional and pleasant to work with for our project. He and his crew showed up a few minutes early, work efficiently, carefully and had our dead 30 foot tree gone in an hour. Highly recommended.
