Jasmine was absolutely amazing! She was incredibly helpful, kind, professional, and skilled at what she does. Throughout the extension process, she made sure I was comfortable with every step and that everything matched my preferences. She was so fun to talk to and genuinely made the experience enjoyable. From the moment I walked in, I had a great experience here. The shop is very clean, has a great atmosphere, and feels both professional and comfortable at the same time. Everyone here was so friendly, and the customer service was excellent from start to finish. JJ did my hair herself, and she did an amazing job. So, I reached out to JJ Classy Touch after my original appointment fell through. Jasmine was prompt and professional. Her website was easy to navigate so I quickly made an appointment for a consultation and the rest is history! Thanks to Jasmine, I was able to make my event with a classy hair style to go with my gown.
