We had our kitchen renovated and some other fixes completed by JJB about a year ago. We picked JJB because they had overwhelmingly positive reviews. The more we live with the work from JJB the more unhappy we are. We paid about $80,000 for our kitchen renovation. We kept all of our appliances and made no changes to the layout of the kitchen. Hi: If I could give 1/2 star I would. I am trying to get a free estimate as noted on their website. When I was called this morning after leaving my information on the website I was asked for the size of the area and when I said I didn't know the person proceeded to tell me that the average bathroom remodel is between $20,000 - $30,000 and the kitchen remodel is over $75,000. I guess that is the extent of their free estimate because they then told me that the design would be charged at approximately $1500-$2000. I have (2) ot... read more
The team did an excellent job fixing our gutter system in our house. We live in a historic home, so our water system is not typical, and they were able to accomplish the job. They worked over the winter (granted absent when it got below a certain temperature, but honestly I was surprised they showed up sometimes) and they even made the outer wooden details that matched the border of the house.
Joe, Chris, Mark, and the rest of the team were all great to work with. We had a smaller basement job that needed some minor electric, a wall knocked down, a new wall put up, and ceiling tile done. The price was reasonable of 3 bids we received. We went with JJB due to their communication, questions they asked, and plan for the job. They were helpful with suggestions, asked us questions on what we wanted / needed. Overall great job.
Our project took way to long to complete because of lack of communication. The work was good except the dry wall. We did complain and Joe came over to see our concerns. Within a week in was taken care of. Joe said, if your not happy, I'm not happy and he proved it. Thanks Joe, happy now, job well done,
