Had a very nice first appointment. The room was comfortable, the consult was productive and informative. Offered to show me multiple exercises for continued relief/prevention while removing a lot of acute on chronic pain in my lower back and hips. Looking forward to coming back.

I saw JJ a few months back and was pleased to find a principled and attentive practitioner who truly cares for community and clients. He spent ample time addressing problem areas and sought feedback to ensure relief, and also generously provided tools and suggestions for self-massage that have served me in the months since I’ve see him! I live with chronic pain, and JJ meets the criteria for the type of thoroughness my condition requires.

I was gifted a massage from friends for relaxation. JJ was welcoming and very sensitive to my comfort, both physical and mental, during the session, and the massage was great! He even took extra time to give some great tips on additional stretches to help out some tight muscle groups. All told, a really lovely experience!
