JJ is an incredibly empathetic and kind person, and I would recommend his work to everyone. I felt safe and held under his care, and his flow and confidence demonstrates his many years of experience as a bodyworker. I felt so much relief in my body and nervous system after working with him, and immediately made another appointment. He has skills in many modalities of bodywork and massage, which makes his treatments very unique.

JJ adapted the massage to meet my needs and as a busy parent I felt like I was getting both my physical therapy session and massage session in in one go. He also provided some helpful take home exercises.

What a terrific experience, unlike any massage I ever had before. JJ was extremely attentive to my needs and even more aware of how my body was reacting. I left feeling completely refreshed. Even better, the next day I didn't feel any soreness, which happens after almost every time I've had a traditional massage.

JJ is very communicative, does thorough body work, and even offers stretches to continue at home between sessions. Such an upgrade from generic massages I've gotten in rhe past, a licensed massage therapist is definitely the way to go for chronic pain or health issues
