JJ is very communicative, does thorough body work, and even offers stretches to continue at home between sessions. Such an upgrade from generic massages I've gotten in rhe past, a licensed massage therapist is definitely the way to go for chronic pain or health issues

+ This was my first massage session with JJ. I was impressed with the detailed information JJ provided about what to expect during and after his massage. He is a great therapeutic massage professional who really cares about his clients. I have back problems and after spring garden clean ups and restarting my fitness workout routine my back and muscles needed healing. Had a very nice first appointment. The room was comfortable, the consult was productive and informative. Offered to show me multiple exercises for continued relief/prevention while removing a lot of acute on chronic pain in my lower back and hips. Looking forward to coming back.
