The only positive thing I have to say about this company is the response time. Other than that their deposit system for mobile service is completely whack. They only take cash or electronic cash payments which is suspect in itself. They they call it a "deposit" prior to performing service in order to confirm your appointment. Don't call it a deposit when you're taking the fill amount with no intensions of refunding . They came out to plug my flat tire and found that the tire was fine it was the rim that was dented . I had a nail in my tire and called for mobile service to my home. Tire plug was completed within an hour of calling and was excellent service by the tech. Would highly recommend.
