I’ve had such a positive experience with this dental clinic throughout my root canal treatment. Everyone has been incredibly friendly, professional and knowledgeable, and I’ve felt genuinely heard and well looked after throughout the entire process. Went in for a scan to have work done. The dentist recommended capping all my fillings. Thought they were pretty bad and went to another dentist shortly after which told me filling the cavities were not suitable for my situation. They have poor customer service and don’t offer decent payment plans for their in-house dental work. Took multiple requests to get scans back from this dentist so I could get my work done elsewhere. I had a wonderful experience at this clinic. Dr. Santosh was extremely friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure all of my questions were answered, which made me feel comfortable and well-informed. The staff were also incredibly warm and welcoming. They even gave my 10 month old toys to keep her entertained and settled during the visit, which was such a thoughtful gesture. I called their office at 3pm today on a complete whim and they were able to squeeze me in and remove two of my wisdom teeth for me in the chair. Dr Santosh and his team were awesome taking care of me and very family friendly with my daughter who had to join me. Thank you thank you!!
