The staff is rude. I understand Spanish, even though the owner is Chinese, they speak about the clients in Spanish negatively. I specifically showed my technician the length and shape I wanted and she cut my nails so short and they look like chicklets. The dazzle dry polish doesn’t meet the base of my nail. Everyone here is beyond uppity and overly rude

I don’t understand how they have such good reviews. I’ve been here 3 times and it just got worse every time. Limited choices for colors, and the gel manicures chipped within a few days

I was here in 2020 and the owner, was awesome. However, I went on Saturday and sadly, the boss had just left for home. So, a woman started my pedicure who couldn't understand English. While I was sitting in the chair, the phone rang and the woman behind the desk announced she didn't want to speak with incoming caller. Soon, the staff, except for the first girl from the door, started laughing and clearly started talking about caller, in Spanish.
