I was willing to work with these people to get an apartment but these people just weren't interested in me for whatever reason. Anyway, they didn't even get back to me after I had to leave three voicemails to show I was interested in renting from them. I even applied for an apartment that was available one day but was taken the next day. Watch out for these types of people because they basically stole from me since I had to pay a $35 nonrefundable application fee.
Extremely bizarre/awkward apartment showing w Miles. He didn't even introduce himself at first (let alone kick things off w basic small talk), just dove right into his spiel in a weird monotone voice. An utter lack of personality (plus being very weird) is literally the last thing I want when it comes to a landlord. 11 years in Iowa City and I have yet to meet a single normal landlord. Not once.
Don’t recommend they are the worse landlords out here , no A/C in the living room
Horrible experience renting from them. Dirty, moldy, run-down apartments and they were always impossible to get ahold of.
Definitely better than others, sometimes they take a while to get back to you but they are great at helping. One of their employees helped jump a car parked outside my building. Good people
