Definitely better than others, sometimes they take a while to get back to you but they are great at helping. One of their employees helped jump a car parked outside my building. Good people

During my time in Iowa City, I had four different landlords, and of them all, I found J&J to be the most responsive, fairly priced, and honest. During the year I lived in their apartment I had one small maintenance issue, and they had someone out to fix it immediately. I would highly recommend their properties to anyone in the area who values a good landlord. In addition, they made the process of subleasing my property extremely easy, which I really appreciated.
