I honestly would not rent here. I left the apartment cleaner than I found it, yet they still kept over half of my deposit for damages and "cleaning". When I asked for proof of the damages, they showed me pictures of the unit from before I even moved in. They have been ignoring me for months. Good luck getting your deposit back. They are unresponsive and ignore tenants. Do not rent here.
I was willing to work with these people to get an apartment but these people just weren't interested in me for whatever reason. Anyway, they didn't even get back to me after I had to leave three voicemails to show I was interested in renting from them. I even applied for an apartment that was available one day but was taken the next day. Watch out for these types of people because they basically stole from me since I had to pay a $35 nonrefundable application fee.
