Stay away! The name is misleading, they are not rebuilders. Once you pay them, they disappear. And you will be calling them. Ive installed three of their engines, this last one being one I personally bought and it was bad. Their engines are pigs with lipstick on. There was damage in freight, and they wont help you at all. Overhead adjusters broken, motor mount and bell housing bolts stripped out, most hardware corroded to point a tool wont grip at all, fan clutch cracked, oil pan cracked, oil pan hardware broken, turbo vanes... read more

*** *** .This place is nothing but crooks. Sold me a 90k engine . I received a totally wrong engine with 900,000 miles on it. Once they get your money , its over !The return department , warranty department , customer service - its all the same **************** ! Who will rip you off and try to sound like he did you a favor !

Had a horrible first time dealing with this company. First, was promised a call back when an engine our customer needed became available (estimated 2 weeks). We could not locate the engine for our application anywhere else. After 3-4 weeks of waiting for callback, we called to see if one was available and were told we had "just missed one". We even suggested leaving a deposit to ensure a callback when one became available. HORRIBLE......We purchased a Cummins ISX Diesel Engine from JJ Rebuilders Inc. We were not able to get the engine installed and running before the 30 day warranty. By the time our qualified mechanics installed the engine, ran the truck for 1 day and realized the engine was bad, we were a couple days past the warranty period. Our mechanic attempted to contact them for several weeks with no response from the warranty department to try and make this right. We should have read the reviews before buying the engine. Stay Away. We had a horrible and very costly experience with JJ Rebuiders. We purchased what was advertised as a New Crate engine from them for $15K. Our shop was busy and was not able to complete the install of the engine until past the 30 day warranty. Being a new engine we where not expecting their could be any issues. Once installed on the first test run it snapped off the Cam senor, so we took the truck to the International dealer in Houston.
