J and j were hired by our management company to service our AC unit in Reunion. When I came into our home a week after the ‘tune up’ service, our unit drain line was completely clogged. There was so much mildew, build up nothing could get through. I personally snaked the line out, vacuum and poured bleach down it. I ultimately had the ac unit and handler replaced by another company and they looked at it and said it would have take a few years for that much build up. I requested a refund and was denied.
