I discovered MANEX through one of my AMBayArea summit events years ago, but I was not sure if we were ready to bring on a consultant. I wish we had done it sooner because working with MANEX in the first quarter of 2020, the first engagement provided immediate buy-in with my team members by laying out a clear reason for the 5s training, gathering their input and seeing the immediate outcome. Manex is an invaluable resource for the the SMB community. I serve on their board of directors because I fully believe in the value of the services they provide. Scandic has called on Manex for years, for help with projects such as ISO 9001 implementation, lean training, calculating machine and burden rates, and Training Within Industry (TWI). Smaller manufacturers rarely have the in-house talent to address this range of issues, so Manex fills a key role for us.
