STARS for me! I’ve been going to JJ Nails for about 3 years now, and I’ve consistently had a great experience. I usually book my appointments ahead of time, and I’ve never had an issue when I arrived. The staff has always been professional, welcoming, and reliable. They are very slow doing ur mani pedi . I just did my tips on my fingers and they charged me $20 extra without even telling me until it was time to pay . 3/4 of my nail had no polish but they charge extra ! SMH.
I have been going here forever! Always professional clean. Tony and his Wife treat you well. If you have something to be corrected they will do it no questions asked. They are always friendly and welcome you!
I’d honestly recommend skipping this place. I was in a bind last minute on a Saturday and my usual nail tech wasn’t available, so I came here since they had an opening. I regret not just waiting, because my nails came out terrible—I really don’t like them. I even had to guide the person doing my nails on how to shape them, which was already a red flag.
