I am very thankful to have found this salon. I have been seen by almost every technician here and I’m beyond pleased every time. I have been to most nails salons in red lion and East York… the search is over.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! I made a appointment for two separate people for there to not be any seats available. We waited 45 minutes WITH AN APPOINTMENT Then the employee told a customer who I didn’t even know we were late and this is what happens to people who are late. Very unprofessional because what does that client have anything to do with me & NOT ONE employee told me we were late. On top of that we were late by TWO MINUTES literally 120 seconds due to traffic and build up in THEIR parking lot. Which I also mentioned. I ... read more
