I love getting my nails done by Selina. She is attentive to detail, fast, friendly and always does a fantastic job.
I tried this place 2x because I thought first time was a fluke. First time, full acrylic set. The lady seemed to be in a huge hurry but the nails looked good so I was like, maybe she’s just efficient. They started falling off after 1.5 weeks!! I thought it was maybe bc I was too hard on them? I’ve never had an acrylic fall off, and it was 3 nails! So I went back and got FULL different set. Different woman. She spent a lot of time shaping and what not. My tech was super nice and she did a good job! I was kinda upset that they don't do dip but I like how my nails turned out!
Went with my mom and they got us in with no appointment. The lady was incredibly kind who did our pedicures and we were very grateful to be there. Due to other walk ins and appointments, our service did feel rushed and no massage really happened. (Get gel if you want paraffin wax. The lady did tell us their wax has lots of oils in it and was super communicative with us. She was super sweet)
If I could give negative stars I would. Pedicures suck, hospitality sucks, I had my translator on and they were talking smack about another girl in there and her Mom. Making fun of people, laughing at people… I strongly encourage people to go elsewhere for their services and do not give your hard earned money to this business, it is not appreciated by them.
