I loved living there, very quiet area, friendly neighbors. The owners were extremely helpful and courteous and very prompt on fixing anything you needed done. Would recommend them to anyone wanting to find a good rental home. They would be my top choice of living.
They are not good. They refused to work on my mother's trailers septic tank. We were living over our own feces. They are rude against white people. They harassment individuals they do not approve of and are seriously lazy. They do nothing to assist people that actually need it. In fact when I was looking for a trailer here the owner himself told me that I should not want to live trashy like my family.
