We were pleasantly surprised at how friendly and customer-centered the staff was at J&J Materials. My sisters went to check out some rocks and mulch last week and Marsha (Marcia?), Kerry (Kerrie?) and Jay were all wonderful. They made sure we had the best price and scheduled us for quick delivery. It was a great experience and we thank them for making it a great visit to their show room. We would not hesitate to purchase from them in the future. Thank you!
Driver really difficult refusing to back the truck up and spend an extra 2min to dump the material in the spot. Caused me an extra hr of work because the guy was a difficult. Otherwise the people at the store very helpful, knowledgeable, happy to help.
