They are very professional, punctual and detail oriented. Jenny is very friendly, they notify if schedule changes way ahead of times and thats usually just to accommodate holidays. I’ve had many cleaning services before but none are as profession and reliable as JJ maids.
Unreliable! Unreliable indeed. After cleaning my home for a few months, while I required to be so flexible with days and times, without explanation or heads-up time (as I went on vacation out of Canada) informed me that they no longer want to clean my home! Really??? Why for heaven sake?!! and why couldn't you tell me earlier? Not recommending! Un professional conduct.
