I have used JJ Lay for quite a few years, and a year ago Jerry came and serviced my boiler. It was a bit of a wait to get an appointment, so I made my appointment a year ago for this year to avoid the wait. I also called them several times in the Spring to get an estimate for a new hot water heater, with a assurance that Jerry would let me know. I have used JJ Lay several times, including for the installation of my evaporative cooler, and have generally been satisfied with their work. Unfortunately, after noticing water running off of my roof a couple of weeks ago I called several times spanning over 2 weeks (I believe I stopped at 4 or 5 messages with their answering service) and have never heard back. They now have an outgoing message stating due to retirements, etc to submit a service request online. Ok…but why could they have not just been forthcoming about that... read more
My real estate agent recommended Jerry Lay. He did a great job diagnosing the problem with my new water heater and saved me quite a bit of money which another company would have been happy to charge.
