Very helpful staff and lovely apartments. Always readily available.
I dealt with Stephanie Morris, I was placed in a unit that was falling apart and a few months into the lease was evicted by Justin, they stole money from the rent I paid them and threatened to take me to court for unfounded claims, hiring an attorney who was to say the least a dishonest person. I would not recommend anyone living at 98 Chestnut Street, this is the worst of the worst in Albany.
Not worth the heartache for the value. It is still expensive to live in their buildings and they do not repair damage to the property.
Love my new place on North Allen, very spacious and very much home like
