I been living with the company for 2 years and it’s been good , Jan has been the biggest help ever she is so kind and always will to work with you when it comes to anything she’s definitely a person you need in a management office !
Very helpful management team. Responds quickly to emails and phone calls and is very easy to work with.
The tour guide Stephanie was very diligent with responses and very hospitable. After the application the lease signing was very quick and easy. Jan, the property manager for my residence has been very professional with setting up utilities and general maintenance, she was very helpful during the black out central square had to deal with about a week ago. Maintenance requests have been very fast and well done by the maintenance crew, they were non invasive to my apt and I would have had no idea they were here.
J&J is a great landlord and property management team overall. Justin and Jay are super resourceful and respond to all tenant concerns super quickly. When giving us tours of different apartments in the Albany area, they gave us multiple different options that fit our exact needs. The staff that they send to our house are super friendly and helpful, always coming the day of or the day after a concern is brought to attention. Would recommend to anyone looking for apartments in the Albany area.
Hello sir you text me about a property and then you block me! You are a very bad man! J&J House Buyers is no good do not do business with him! I do not understand what is happening you text me then block me! I tell my wife and friends this place is bad very bad! Shame on you
