I absolutely loved the studio at 96 chestnut —it’s brand new, and I toured it just yesterday. Stephanie, the realtor, was fantastic. The space is generous and the price is very reasonable. I even submitted an application, but ultimately chose Abraxas at 90 State Street because it’s right next to my workplace. They are pretty quick and good communication
