J&j properties it's wonderful especially Jan my property manager she has been so helpful and genuinely caring I appreciate her helping me through the renting process!
I had a great experience with J & J Investment Properties! Everyone was very kind, helpful, and professional. They made the whole process easy and were always there to answer any questions. Great customer service, and I would definitely recommend them!
Has ton of vacant properties around Albany, NY that they ONLY rent to students. That is discrimination and disappointing they allow so many places to sit empty instead of renting them to good paying tenants. They also do not upkeep their properties. Tons of debris for months outside 190 Spring st. They should be ashamed asking over $1,000 for rent for any of their properties. I’ve heard from numerous people they do not return security deposits. Stay away!!
The Albany office is a poor reflection of a professional business. The on site team and the office team do not clearly communicate with each other. They give alternate information and outcomes for an application process to potential tenants. They make their conclusions based off half filled applications, are not explicit about the paperwork they need and do not communicate when you have been denied; you are just ignored or given silence instead.
