I have been asking for keys to the outside door since the day I moved in, which I don’t think is that reasonable of a request. Locked me out of the building the day of my lease started and parted ways with their property manager. So I was left there with movers and furniture outside a locked building having my phone calls ignored because I was calling someone who no longer worked for them, unbeknownst to me. Whenever my friends and I have had any sort of issue, J&J has helped us fix it in as timely a manner as possible. Their organization and reliability make them a company that I would recommend to prospect renters in a heartbeat.

Currently renting with J&J and as someone who has dealt with many housing companies during my time in Albany I have to say J&J is a breath of fresh air. My apartment is well kept, any small issues are fixed instantly when you reach out to them and they never give you a hard time. They also respond to inquiries quickly and unlike most landlords in the area they are extremely fair, and make their renters a priority! Overall Would recommend!!

J&J Properties offers great student housing It’s close to campus and amenities, making it easy to get to class or grab stuff. There's enough room for a comfortable lifestyle. They are clean and well-maintained. Occasionally, there is minor maintenance issues, but the management team is responsive and helpful within minutes they assist. It’s a good choice for students looking for affordable housing without sacrificing proximity to UA.

My son is renting with J&J Investment Properties for the first time this year. The entire process has been excellent. The company is very organized. Most important, they are very responsive to questions and always available when you call or email! Definitely an above average landlord!
