Unbelievably poor workmanship! The company installed a back splash and tile floor. The entire work had to be ripped out and redone. You could literally see where each sheet of back splash had been laid. Every third tile on the floor was kicked up, and the floor was obviously no longer level. Originally, the re-install was to be done by J&J. The crew that showed up for the re-install (supposedly J&J's stellar crew who could fix any problem and make any customer happy) obviously took no ownership for the previous poor workmans... read more

Terrible company. Disorganized owners and managers. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone. They don't pay the hard working employees, so therefore they quit and your stuck with kids who don't know how to do flooring. Overall needs to be SHUT DOWN. Worth zero stars and 10 thumbs down. Pathetic

Too bad this company doesnt know how to pay their employees. My husbands checks have been shorted more than once. He has NEVER been reimbursed for things he has bought that the company should have provided. They were supposed to pay him a bonus for even leaving the metro to try and help their screw up in kentucky but never saw a penny. We ended up spending more money than he made. Never did we get reimbursed for that trip. So thank you guys. These owners dont know a thing about tile. They just lost their best employee.

Communication with this company is horrible! They were supposed to show up for a measurement on Friday from 10 to 11. I called at 11 to verify the appt and then was told the tech was held up another job and I would be called right back. An hour later, I had to,leave for work with no solution resolved. Someone did call me back on my way to work and reassured me that he would call me back as soon as he got in the office Friday and get someone out asap. Pathetic company! If I could give this company negative stars I would. Installed our heated floors incorrectly nearly a year ago and can't get anyone to call us back to resolve the problem.
