Jeff helped my husband and I saved so much by walking from a house that was not up to snuff. His eye for detail -even details investors try to hide - is unmatched. My husband and I appreciated his candid assessments about a property. Buying your first house is an emotional experience! I've worked with Jeff for years and have used him for dozens of inspections. He's always quick to respond, super helpful when I have questions (even the dumb ones), and takes the time to explain things clearly. His reports are always thorough and sent the same day, which is a huge help. Jeff is amazing-I recommend him to all my buyers.
I called Jeff as a new buyer for an inspection and asked him a few questions. He took the time to call and explain what he does and put us at ease. The inspection did not go well as Jeff found many issues not disclosed, but Jeff was incredibly brutal and honest (A++) the whole way through and saved us a lot of time and money. We are back in the market and hopefully will find something else for Jeff to look at!
