Jeff is the kind of home inspector every buyer hopes to find. He evaluated the property before even beginning the inspection and ultimately made the difficult decision to recommend that we walk away from the house. Detailed and meticulous are the first words that come to mind when recalling my home inspection experience with Jeff. During our first contact on the phone, he thoroughly explained his method of inspecting, how the report would be written and the amount of time it would take. The person he presented over the phone was the same one I met on site. Jeff did not rush through the home.
