When i called other companies I would get an AI robot on the phone. Joe answered on the first ring. I called at 6pm and he couldnt get out until the next morning to me, which i wasnt expecting same day service anyway. He showed up at 8am the next morning, tried changing something in the ac, but it didnt work. He told me I needed a new unit as this one was from 1994 and not worth fixing. I was worried about price but it was under 10k for a new ac AND furnace plus a new pad for the ac unit, and other various electrical. I call... read more
We've been using J&J since our AC went out in July of 2023. Joe installed our new unit and made sure everything worked perfectly, which I REALLY appreciated with a newborn in the house. We still call him for regular maintenance and odd issues with our AC and heating. He's always very responsive, professional, and respectful. Cannot recommend him enough!
we have needed a recharge on our AC unit twice in the last 5-6 years, a Goodman AC, Olthof home, our AC unit is only 12 years old. J&J is the place you want to call. I dread if we need to replace the whole unit. But J&J is the one i'm calling, straight up and honest with what is needed to do the work right.
