I’ve used them in the past and was fairly pleased with their service. I have several apartments and needed ONE of them sprayed. The sales guy Randy, denied me service, as he refused to spray just one unit. Some of my units are individually owned. They sprayed six months ago for me on an individual unit on a 4plex (different sales guy), so I KNOW it is possible. Not to mention, I’ve had this done many times individually. I wanted to share my experience with this company and give credit where credit is due. I scheduled them last year to come out for a termite inspection/treatment and they did an excellent job. How? Well my townhome is surrounded by concrete. I have no yard. They had to drill through the concrete all around my foundation to shove the liquid in the ground. Tough work.
