I have no idea who drives a black truck for this company, but they’re the most reckless and inconsiderate driver I have ever been on the road with. The guy was swerving in and out of traffic, swerved over in front of me and slammed his brakes on then immediately went around and tailgated the car in front of me with probably less than 2 feet between the front of his vehicle and the rear of theirs. Despite being in 100 yr old apmt bldg, they came in, addressed the problem,& had it figured out quickly. Always w my personal space in mind. I'm very happy my company used J&J! Thank you guys!!
J & J Electric came to my home to help with an issue we were having, and they took care of the problem quickly and professionally. They were very communicative about their arrival time, which I really appreciated, and everything was handled efficiently. I also felt the pricing was fair. Overall, great service—highly recommend!
Jerry charged me $3,000 for 4 hours of work, saying normally it would be $3,500. I understand it was the weekend, but $3,000 is a bit much.
They dug up my back yard without even notifying me. They left a mess. They didn't fix my yard. They told me to take it up with Duke. The 2 boys that are here are very rude. My complaint doesn't stop here. Im taking it BBB and I'm calling a lawyer. I dont care if you're contracted with Duke. Their behavior is unprofessional and rud3 and so is the office. Im furious about so much of my yard is dug up and then told me not my problem call Duke.
