J & J Electric came to my home to help with an issue we were having, and they took care of the problem quickly and professionally. They were very communicative about their arrival time, which I really appreciated, and everything was handled efficiently. I also felt the pricing was fair. Overall, great service—highly recommend!
Jerry charged me $3,000 for 4 hours of work, saying normally it would be $3,500. I understand it was the weekend, but $3,000 is a bit much.
They dug up my back yard without even notifying me. They left a mess. They didn't fix my yard. They told me to take it up with Duke. The 2 boys that are here are very rude. My complaint doesn't stop here. Im taking it BBB and I'm calling a lawyer. I dont care if you're contracted with Duke. Their behavior is unprofessional and rud3 and so is the office. Im furious about so much of my yard is dug up and then told me not my problem call Duke.
