I had a plugged AC drain line. Called JJ Douglas at 9AM and JJ was at the house at 1 PM. He got the drain line cleaned in 15 min and checked the AC health. He provided me with some great advise for future maintenance of my 20 + year old AC system.He is going to get me an estimate for a new unit when the old unit to fails. We also had some good conversation about life in general. I highly recommend JJ Douglas Services

Absolutely love JJ Services! My AC stopped working after another company came out to service it. I called JJ Services late on a Friday night in a panic. Not only did Kyle return my call at 7pm, he came out Saturday morning and spent a few hours trying to repair my unit instead of replacing. Unfortunately my unit was shot but Kyle gave me an amazing price on a new one and was able to replace it within a few days.
