I had a poorer experience this time. I requested a certain color and it didn’t turn out being what I asked for. There’s no consistency. Each time is different, depending on the different stylist or even with same stylist. You never know what you will get. They may get it straight one time, and not straight the next. It’s a bit frustrating. Consistency is key! While I was thrilled with the results last visit, this time, it’s lacking.
The environment was very clean professional polite and safe. They work quickly yet carefully. They detangled my 4triple c hair! I had just taken down braids and my hair was hard and filthy from braid gel. They were thoughtful in how they combed my hair. They did exactly what I needed them to do. I will be back. I got there about 10 minutes to 8am. They open at 8am. They were about 10 minutes late with opening but as soon as I walked in, they begin my services. It didn't take long and I was pleased with my service. I will be returning.
These folks will pull all your hair out … they don’t know how to detangle natural hair … I don’t know what happened to the older ones but the new ones don’t know what they doing .. smh
