I would not recommend this dental office. Every time I've had an appointment, the doctor seems rushed because they're trying to see too many patients. There is only one doctor, yet it feels like they're responsible for an overwhelming number of patients, and the schedule always seems overbooked. I consistently have to wait anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour past my appointment time. However, if I'm even a few minutes late, I'm told I'll be charged a fee. The dental providers at this office are wonderful—caring, attentive, and professional. My experience with the clinical team has been excellent, and I truly appreciate the quality of care I've received. Unfortunately, my experience with the front office staff has been very different. I recently started a new job after an extended period of unemployment and had only my second appointment scheduled with the practice.
