I recently showed up with a bike I had not even purchased at J and J, and the service person fixed my tire without any waiting time, and didn’t charge me anything. I had recently purchased a different bike there and I am really happy with all aspects of this business.
I had the unfortunate experience of getting a rear flat tire caused by a deck screw, but fortunately, I found my way to J&J Cycle. The staff were absolutely top drawer. They were kind, considerate and, most importantly, extremely knowledgeable. They not only fixed the problem and got me safely back on the road, but took the time to make sure everything was in good working order. Horrible service. I went in to look at a bike and they were just trying to sell a bike and were just rude and not helpful and straight up just ignorant. staff are horrible I will not be going back.
