I went in for the free tune up a few weeks after my purchase. They made me feel like a moron. The "gentleman" seemed rather annoyed I was there at all, made comments on how other customers ride a lot more than I do. Real nice :( There's better cycle shops in town.
Initially bought an $1800 e-bike here, took some time, but walked away with it pretty seamlessly. Had to make repairs to the rear mount about a week afterwards. Went back to have the bike serviced - which took some time and difficulty getting the one tire they had in stock without talking to service directly. Returned with another tire I had to source myself and was told to wait another day or two with an excuse that they were busy in sales. I visited J&J Cycle twice in the past week with hundreds of questions as I'm in the market for a new endurance road bike. The staff is fantastic and professional and ready with answers being able to give you the pros and cons when comparing brands. I went back and was able to road test two of the bikes I'm interested in. Not just in the parking lot but a good 8 and 10 k road test. J&J is a pleasure to deal with.
