When another company tried to push me into buying a whole new roof instead of admitting their fault on a failed patch job, I called John Boggs to get a second opinion. Within minutes he found the problem and told me exactly what the other company had done wrong. He was also honest about how much life is left on my roof, and encouraged me to have the other company correct their own mistake rather than try to make a sale for himself. Three years ago I hired John Boggs to help finish home renovations after losing my trusted partner. John was patient with all of my questions and lack of knowledge. He explained the repairs in detail and in a way I could understand. He and his team took the time to complete quality work.
