I had a great experience with J&J Body Shop & Automotive. My car was damaged on passenger side front end. They had to replace fender, hood, headlight and work on front bumper. The paint job was done very well. They additionally painted later some parts to install it on the hood. They match perfect the color. I’m very satisfied with the shop. Great customer service. Thank you.
I originally found this place as a walk-in because the place I had an appointment with wasn’t able to fully service my car. I found this shop close by and they were able to see me for all the services I needed. I’ve been back several times and I’m so happy with the service I’ve received. The technicians are knowledgeable, quick, and down to earth. The front staff has been great too. When I come in I feel like part of the family. Thank you J&J for taking care of me! I will be a customer for life.
A neighbor is friends with the guys here in Mechanicsville, so I sent my son to get his car fixed there. My neighbor said they were good guys; so, I didnt mention the referral...didnt think it was necessary. My brother is a mechanic and was on the phone with me when we dropped it off. He recommended they replace the front quarter panel in addition to the bumper. The claim was enough to cover as much when he ran the prices. Per the insurance coverage for the other driver, I took my Mustang GT to J&J for repair of the front bumper, headlight and valance. The Ruby Red paint on my car was about $900 extra on the sticker and my confidence that the repaired/replaced parts would match the 7.5 year old paint on the undamaged exterior. I was wrong. Dead wrong. Not that I am an expert, but the replacement parts and paint are an exact match to my eye.
