I had a great experience with J&J Body Shop & Automotive. My car was damaged on passenger side front end. They had to replace fender, hood, headlight and work on front bumper. The paint job was done very well. They additionally painted later some parts to install it on the hood. They match perfect the color. I’m very satisfied with the shop. Great customer service. Thank you.

If I could give 10 stars, I absolutely would! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Charlie Jackson is truly outstanding. He made the entire repair process smooth, stress free, and incredibly easy from start to finish. I called about a free estimate AND the operator Cory got angry I guess because I interrupted her...she said, " You aré not listening to me!! GOOD LUCK!" Then she hung up on me! I said nothing ugly to her at all....AND even if I would hv that Is Poor Customer service. Maybe they do great work, but this Is inaceptable! Thankfully Jimmy Hall the manager calles me back to amoorh thinga over. He was very knowledgeable kind AND helpful.

J&J is hands down the best shop around. They’ve taken great care of my car for years. Amazing service, extremely trustworthy and knowledgeable professionals. I wouldn’t trust my car with anyone else. Highly recommend!

A neighbor is friends with the guys here in Mechanicsville, so I sent my son to get his car fixed there. My neighbor said they were good guys; so, I didnt mention the referral...didnt think it was necessary. My brother is a mechanic and was on the phone with me when we dropped it off. He recommended they replace the front quarter panel in addition to the bumper. The claim was enough to cover as much when he ran the prices.
