Appointment process is a joke! Waited 3 months only to tell me they are two more months out. No thank you. I will find another provider.
My young 4 year old daughter went there last night. Crystal made her feel so comfortable in a situation that could be scary. My daughter was smiling and was able to go to sleep comfortably. Very grateful for the good experience.
My 7 year old had a great experience. Kids are difficult especially when being hooked up to machines and sleeping in an unfamiliar place. I was very pleased with our specialist, Wyatt. He is very kid friendly, taught my son about sleep cycles, explained what the different electrodes do and got him situated as quickly as possible. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
Great lab and techs very attentive
Had a telehealth appointment for my daughter. It was not made clear that she was to be present and apparently I cant do appointments in the office even though I dont have access to a working phone. The front office lady with the short white hair ,was very unprofessional and rude. She said she didnt know why they scheduled these types of appointments and then proceeded to blame previous management.
