Great lab and techs very attentive
Had a telehealth appointment for my daughter. It was not made clear that she was to be present and apparently I cant do appointments in the office even though I dont have access to a working phone. The front office lady with the short white hair ,was very unprofessional and rude. She said she didnt know why they scheduled these types of appointments and then proceeded to blame previous management. My second visit. First to determine I didn't breath a lot. This time to treat. Both times I have been treated very well. Got here way to early so I went out. They let me in a little early. The place is clean. Bathrooms as well. Your bed has the leads and everything ready prior to arrival. Large comfortable beds. Relaxing colors. I appreciate their doing what it takes before they connect the 3,568 (JK) electrodes to monitor every aspect of your sleep to make sure you get the right equipment.
Parents, be warned. This company tried to separate my young kids into different rooms for their sleep study — something completely unreasonable for children. When I said no, they threatened me with a $400 cancellation fee. That’s not patient care, that’s a money trap. Any business that refuses to accommodate children, stresses out families, and then tries to profit off of “cancellation fees” when they can’t meet basic needs should not be trusted.
