Wish I could give them 0 stars. I still can’t get them to stop robot calling me. One of the worst medical experiences I’ve ever had. Don’t do it.
I had two sleep studies done at this facility in the last month or two. Both were easy to schedule, and the 2nd was pushed earlier when there was a cancellation, thanks to a call from the helpful staff (Mercy G. and Glenn Q.). Arrival and intake was simple and straightforward. The building is secure (must use intercom to get in) and the surrounding area seemed safe and fairly quiet. I had waited nearly three months from the time I saw my primary care provider about getting a new CPAP, knowing I would need a sleep study, and the date that Jiva had scheduled for the procedure. At around 6PM on the night before the procedure was supposed to occur, after their office was closed, I received notification the study had been canceled because there were problems with the referral. How, over the intervening weeks when they got the referral and the eve of the procedure, no one noticed the inadequacy speaks volumes... read more
