extremely slow and irresponsible - I had to call every day for a month to simply schedule an appointment
Very bad experience with a sleep study. Very bad customer care. They will not follow up with you on results despite multiple calls and messages. When I finally reached someone they had little idea how their own app works or how to get information from it.
JIVA HEALTH has been a disappointing experience for me. Over the past two years, I encountered ongoing issues with communication and errors related to blood work. I attempted to resolve these concerns by speaking with management; however, the issues remained unresolved. IF YOU ARE A NEW PATIENT who are referred to this office, it may be helpful to consider other options to avoid potential delays and inconvenience. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS MEDIOCRE MEDICAL OFFICE
Staff are pleasant, organized, and efficient. I had a great experience here.
