They are a scam. They take money for SLIT bottles and then don't include the actual allergy in the bottle. 2 years of paying for SLIT to find out the most severe allergy, Peanuts, wasn't even in the bottle. They refuse to offer a solution.

Give all minuses if possible. I did not owe a dollar to them for billing and they walked me out of room, saying to the nurse that I owe them money and I can not avail the treatment that was injection I need every 4 weeks. Such a humiliating experience. The lady on front desk and was rude and clearly racist. I had called a lady called as April in billing and she said I was fine to go and take my injection. JIVA HEALTH has been a disappointing experience for me. Over the past two years, I encountered ongoing issues with communication and errors related to blood work. I attempted to resolve these concerns by speaking with management; however, the issues remained unresolved. IF YOU ARE A NEW PATIENT who are referred to this office, it may be helpful to consider other options to avoid potential delays and inconvenience. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS MEDIOCRE MEDICAL OFFICE

Wish I could give them 0 or minus honestly! They are pathetic. There are better clinics out there than these people. They don’t have vaccines and they don’t do proper billing. I had to waste so much time and energy because of them calling the clinic, insurance, and everywhere. They looted me last year too. I swear not going back to these people ever. Save your time and stay away from all Jiva locations!!!
