It’s more a business of making money in a factory model than health care needs of an individual. It’s impossible to get an appointment with your PCP, they push it down to 2 months, poor follow up and response from their office staff, hardly courteous. Can’t wait to switch to another provider in due time. Disappointed ☹️
JIVA HEALTH has been a disappointing experience for me. Over the past two years, I encountered ongoing issues with communication and errors related to blood work. I attempted to resolve these concerns by speaking with management; however, the issues remained unresolved. IF YOU ARE A NEW PATIENT who are referred to this office, it may be helpful to consider other options to avoid potential delays and inconvenience. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS MEDIOCRE MEDICAL OFFICE
