I’ve visited Master Jovany Varela’s academy a few times and the training is always phenomenal. Jovany brings lots of energy into the mat and whether you’re doing Judo or Jiu Jitsu he explains every technique step by step. The academy is very accommodating with lots of mat space and a lot of other training equipment to fit the needs of their athletes. If you’re in the area I would highly recommend this academy.
