I have a chronic UTI. So I have a lot of information on my chart and she read through all of it and was able to prescribe immediately a regime for me to follow. I don’t get that kind of attention from other people.
She treated me yesterday at Urgent Care Indio She was very professional and I would definitely recommend her.
Top notch: 10 out of 10.
She has been responsive to my concerns and issues and has worked me in several times when something has needed prompt attention. Her manner can sometimes seem abrupt but it doesn’t affect her care. Her staff can seem remote but after getting to know them are very competent and helpful. She also doesn’t keep you waiting.
Staff are impersonal and disinterested in your needs. They discourage appointments with the Dr and give no information about alternative methods of obtaining medical care. I am 82 and had had symptoms of an upper respiratory infection for several days. I was very congested and concerned about bronchitis. I had not sought previous help from this office in almost a year and then only in reference to a surgery. I had had. I can only assume her office staff reflect the dr's attitude.
Dr. Civrna is the worst doctor that I have ever seen. She has not bedside manner. She does not take the time to listen to patients concerns and rushes the patients along through their appointments. DO NOT CHOOSE HER AS YOUR DOCTOR!!! The office staff is rude and uncaring. They don't answer any questions and complain when you need to schedule appointments. Awful awful people! I will be reporting this doctor to the California medical board.
