I had a very positive experience working with Jithesh. I approached him close to the end of the month, and despite the time constraint, he put in great effort to help me secure a rental appointment. He understood my requirements well and helped me find a really nice place at a reasonable price. His professionalism, dedication, and willingness to help truly stand out. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable realtor.

I got referred to Jithesh Ramdas through my friend who bought a home here in Cornwall, ON last year. Jithesh was ready to come from Brampton a week after we discussed. He took the time and effort to show the homes, educate us about the buying process, and also items to take care after buying the house. He has a great team of mortgage agents, lawyer and home inspectors which helped us in securing a beautiful home without any hassle. If you or anyone is looking to buy, sell a home anywhere in Ontario, I would happily and confi... read more

Jithesh went above and beyond his comfort zone to talk to listing agents, share my profile and finally get one brand new condo rental approved for me at a stone throw away distance from square one. He is very knowledgeable, f... read more
