I had a great experience, customer service was phenomenal, Amanda my optician was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful! She personally has guaranteed my return to this location. Thank you Vision Centers of Houston for all your help and incredibly service!! Definitely recommend this place!
I needed an emergency pair of glasses before going on a trip. Amanda helped me get a pair of glasses on the same day that I needed Them. She is a lifesaver!
Amanda was great!! She helped me find all my glasses and shades. Dr. Kells was amazing they got me in as walk in (no appointment). Amazing place!!
Ill try to make this short.....If you want something done the right way go here. I originally used "MyEyeDoctor" and it wasn't such a great experience. I came to Vision Centers and worked with Qui'Yana, and explained the situation i was in with "MyEyeDoctor" . She immediately became an advocate for me and got everything sorted out and picked the glasses i was looking for and it only took a week!! "MyEyeDoctor" was telling me it would take a month and they still messed up my order!! Qui'Yana was very helpful and kept me updat... read more
