Ordered my part 3 weeks ago and still have not gotten it, t force has not delivered it, customer service is a joke this place is a joke worst place to order from and should have never ordered from them ever. Bad business. Read reviews -10 negative 10 star
Ordered parts they canceled my order but held my $ for at least a week now and still not back in the account When I called to get this resolved they said that I'm fraudulent and they cannot do business with me upon asking what makes me fraudulent they didn't give an explanation. I have accounts with Major Peterbilt dealers and CAT machinery companies here in the Midwest. All I can speak of is my own experience with JIT. We have a fleet of 35 trucks. I ordered a Wabco ecm unit for over $5000 from Wheeler truck parts in Pa and told it was in stock. After waiting almost two months (truck was out of commission) with alot of excuses I cancelled my order with Wheeler truck parts and decided to give JIT truck parts a shot. I got the same part(even a better price) within a week. My truck is up and running and I saved over 5k from the dealer price(part was over 10K at dealer). I have sinced moved JIT... read more

Great price and quick shipment. I had to cancel an order with them before and caught it before it processed or shipped and got a full refund. This time I caught one of their sales which I needed two hubs and got them for a great price and quick shipment!
