I came to Dr. Maldek as a new patient last week. I have never had such a bad experience with a doctor. He was extremely rude, impatient and unprofessional. I'm 35 years old and he spoke to me like a child, annoyed when I asked questions and condescending in his answers. It was the only time in my life that I walked out of a doctors office in the middle of our conversation because I felt so disrespected. I would NOT recommend his services. No one deserves to be treated like that
Dr. Mladek is an excellent eye doctor with the care and courtesy like no other. He's very patient and understanding with all my eye issues and is most knowledgeable when it comes to contact lenses, and also, he has the patience to tolerate my fussiness with my contact lenses. Dr. Mladek has referred me the right specialists when needed and is sensitive to my needs. I bring my entire family and extended family to his office and we are all highly satisfied with this outstanding eye care provider.
