First off, it took two people 3+ hours to clean my 1 bed/1 bath apartment. They padded time by doing extra things that I did not ask them to do, such as polishing all of my wood, which I have a lot of. I asked them to only dust and do a basic clean. They also stained one of my bathmats beyond repair. Furthermore, I had scheduled a specific time and they had let me know the price per hour, but once they arrived they told me I had scheduled a “priority” time and the cost would be more. Her and her staff are professional, on time, and do a wonderful job. She has done a move out, move in, and regular clean for us. All have been above my expectations! She also is very quick to respond and communicate. We will continue to use her and she comes highly recommended.
