Timely and professional services with a friendly staff and great follow through
I took my car in assuming it needed a transmission rebuild and some suspension work. While he did the suspension work, I'm still having issues with the transmission after the rebuild. My code reader is still reading codes p0700 & P0717 and my car is still jerking.$5,100 down the drain. Felt like he was very dishonest. Will never do business with them again. My wife and I were traveling from Colorado to our home in South Carolina when our transmission went. It was New Year’s Day. We were towed to Jireh Transmissions. I emailed the company that afternoon and that night Cornelius called to say he would look at our car and call us in the morning. Sure enough Cornelius called at 8:45 and told us our options. We were on the road 2 days later. Cornelius turned a terrible situation into a memorable and thankful one.
