I dropped my daughter off for medium braids to her bra strap with french curl hair. She got small braids around the parameter of her head and mediums braids in the middle to back. They did NOT braid past her real hair and the knots are coming apart or are raggedy. I asked for a refund of the extra, but she is not responding. She charged $220 the first time, but charged $260 because she claimed she was doing smaller braids and longer. That did NOT happen. The picture shows that is not a $260 hairstyle. I politely asked for a partial refund and was denied and told she can rebraid or discount in the future knowing that I only got the braids done for a hiking trip, so don't need the service in the future and she refused. This was not even 24 hours after service was done, it's falling apart, its not straight it's uneven and she left white globs of product as you can see in the pictures.
